How Do I Enter a Competition?

To participate:

  1. Visit our website and choose your preferred competition.

  2. Answer the competition question.

  3. Select how many tickets you’d like to purchase.

  4. Log in or create an account.

  5. Accept our Terms & Conditions and proceed to checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirmation of your entry once your order is complete.

Where Is My Confirmation Email and Ticket Numbers?

Once your order is processed, a confirmation email with your ticket numbers will be sent to you—typically within 10–15 minutes. During busy periods, it might take a few hours. Ticket numbers are generated instantly upon order completion.

Where Can I Find My Ticket Numbers?

Log in to your account, then either tap (mobile) or hover (desktop) over your profile icon. Click on “My Tickets” to view all your entries across competitions.

How Will I Know If I’ve Won?

We’ll contact winners via phone or email within 7 days of a competition closing. If your contact details change before the closing date, please update your account. If we can’t reach you within 14 days, we may select an alternate winner.

How Can I See Who Won?

Head to the Competitions page to view individual competition outcomes. You can also see past winners on the “Winners” page or browse previous live draws.

How Long Are Competitions Open?

Each competition’s start and end dates are published on the website. We reserve the right to extend a competition if tickets haven’t sold out. Live draw dates may also be changed in exceptional cases, with updates posted on our social media platforms.

Who Is Eligible to Enter?

Anyone aged 18 or older can participate, except employees of ROAD MASTER ONE LTD or its partners and suppliers.

What Kind of Prizes Are Available?

Prizes vary per competition and are detailed on the competition page. If a listed prize becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

Is There a Cash Alternative?

If a cash alternative is available, it will be clearly stated on the competition page. In select cases, we may offer a cash alternative at our discretion if one is not explicitly listed—especially in tech-related competitions.

How Is My Personal Data Handled?

Your data is used solely to manage your entry and award any prizes. We don’t share it with third parties unless necessary to operate the competition. See our Privacy Policy for full details. If you win, we may need to share your name with regulatory bodies to confirm a fair draw.

Do I Have to Appear in Promotions If I Win?

No, participating in promotional content is optional. With your consent, we may showcase your win on our site or social media. However, we may still be required to share your name with regulators to demonstrate fairness.

How Is the Winner Chosen?

After the competition closes, all entries are posted to our website and Facebook within 24 hours. Each draw uses a Google Random Number Generator in a live video streamed on Facebook or YouTube. Your entry number and name are matched to determine the winner.

What Are My Chances of Winning?

Your odds depend on the number of entries per competition. Each competition page shows the maximum number of entries allowed.

What Happens If a Competition Doesn’t Sell Out?

We may extend the closing date or revise the prize to reflect the percentage of tickets sold. However, the draw will go ahead regardless of ticket sales.

Can I Get a Refund?

All competition entries are final. Refunds are not offered.

How Do I Apply a Discount Code?

Enter your discount or coupon code at checkout before completing your purchase.

Can I Use PayPal?

Yes! If you’re 18 or older, you can use PayPal at checkout. We’re an official PayPal partner.

Why Does My Bank Label the Payment as a Subscription?

Though we do not run subscriptions or auto-renewals, some banks label repeated online payments as “subscriptions” for tracking purposes. No recurring payments or direct debits are in place.

What Checks Do Competition Cars Undergo?

All cars are inspected and serviced based on manufacturer schedules. We also conduct background checks to ensure the vehicle is clear of any issues before it’s offered as a prize.
