These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all competitions hosted on the Promoter’s website, including both traditional draws (“Standard Competitions”) and online instant win formats (“Instant Win Competitions”). Collectively, these are referred to as “Competitions.”
In case of any discrepancy between these T&Cs and any promotional material or Competition description, these T&Cs shall take precedence.
Participation requires correctly answering a skill-based question posed by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”). An entry fee is applicable unless otherwise stated. For Competitions using multiple-choice formats, a free entry method will be available.
Competitions will be open for entry between the dates specified on the website, known respectively as the Opening and Closing Dates. All timings refer to London, UK time.
The Promoter reserves the right to adjust these dates as needed, and any updates will be reflected on the website.
To be valid, entries must be received before the specified closing time. Late entries will be disqualified and will not be refunded.
Each Competition may have an entry cap. Once reached, no further entries will be accepted. Individual entry limits per user will be disclosed on each Competition page.

Agree to the T&Cs and complete your purchase.
Navigate to the Instant Win Competition page.
Select entry quantity and proceed to payment.
Log in or register.
Accept the T&Cs and finalize your order.
PayPal usage is restricted to those aged 18 and over and is subject to PayPal’s terms.
Upon purchase, a confirmation of your entry will be sent. The Promoter is not liable for incomplete or unsuccessful entries due to technical errors.
By participating, you confirm eligibility and agree to these T&Cs, forming a binding agreement with the Promoter.
Send a pre-paid first or second class letter to the Promoter.
Hand-delivered entries are not accepted.
Include: Competition name, full name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, and answer to the Competition Question.
Entries must be legible and complete.
Each free entry must be submitted individually; bulk entries are not valid.
Entries must arrive before the Competition closes and before all tickets are sold.
Late entries may be credited toward future competitions, at the Promoter’s discretion.
If entry limits are reached prior to receipt, the entry will not be counted.
An account on the website/app is required for free entries. Entry details must match the account.
Depending on competition price, one postal entry may grant multiple entries:
49p: 1 postal = 2 entries
29p: 1 postal = 3 entries
9p: 1 postal = 10 entries
In Standard Competitions, all correct entries will be entered into a random draw within 7 days of the Closing Date.
Participants’ names and entry numbers may be listed in a public spreadsheet or displayed during live draws. If you do not wish to appear publicly, notify us at admin@jackpotgarage.com at least 48 hours before the draw.
For Instant Win Competitions, prizes are pre-assigned to random numbers in a spreadsheet. If an Entrant’s number matches a prize slot, they win that prize.
All Entrants will be informed of their outcome via the website and email. Winning Entrants will receive automated confirmation via the provided email address.
Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. If unreachable, the prize may be reallocated or handled at the Promoter’s discretion.
Some Competitions may offer promotional credit (“Credit Site”) as a reward or prize. Certain prizes may be exchanged for credit, as noted on the competition page.
Credit may also be offered in exchange for testimonial submissions. All Credit Site expires 12 months from issuance. Users will be notified before expiration.
Credit balances can be checked in your account dashboard. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Entrants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the eligible jurisdictions.
Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The Promoter may request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Automated or incomplete entries will be rejected.
Participants may be disqualified for inappropriate behavior or breach of T&Cs. No refunds are given in these cases.
Suspicious or fraudulent behavior (e.g., hacking, misrepresentation) will result in all entries being void.
Prize descriptions are listed on the website and were accurate at the time of publication.
Prizes are subject to availability. Alternatives of equal or higher value may be substituted at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prizes are not transferable or negotiable unless otherwise stated.
May include a valid MOT.
No insurance or tax is provided.
Winner is responsible for legal compliance and safety.
May include transport, accommodation, or tickets as described.
Winners must ensure travel documents and availability.
Additional expenses are the winner’s responsibility.
Winners may choose between the property package or a cash alternative.
Taxes and fees (except for stamp duty and legal title transfer) are the winner’s responsibility.
Title transfer must be completed within 90 days.
The Promoter’s decisions are final. Standard Competition winners are contacted within 7 days of the draw. Instant Win winners will be notified via email within 48 hours.
If a Winner is unreachable or fails to claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter may reallocate or retain the prize.
Winner information (name and entry number) may be published on the website. If you wish to opt out, contact admin@jackpotgarage.com before the Closing Date.
Winners must claim prizes personally. No third-party claims are permitted.
Prizes will be delivered or collected as outlined in the Competition description.
If a Winner’s contact details change, it is their responsibility to inform the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Cash prizes are paid into the Winner’s bank account. Proof of ownership may be requested.
The Promoter is not liable for:
Technical issues preventing entry
Lost or misdirected entries
Delays or interruptions to the website
Use or misuse of any Prize
Your statutory rights are not affected.
By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information for Competition administration and publicity, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Winners may be asked to participate in publicity. If you object, notify us before the Closing Date.
Further information may be required for prize delivery or legal compliance. You may withdraw consent but doing so may void your eligibility.
To have your data removed from our system, please email admin@jackpotgarage.com. Note that this will also withdraw you from the Competition.
The Promoter may revise these T&Cs at any time. The latest version will be available on the website.
In case of suspected breaches, the Promoter may disqualify you.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a Competition in exceptional circumstances. Refunds may be issued if appropriate.
Competitions will proceed regardless of entry volume. Facebook is not affiliated with our Competitions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Legal disputes will be handled in those jurisdictions.
